Your Appointment

We aim to make your time with us a perfect experience.

There are a number of necessary details we do need to go through first.

Our Salon

Come in and make yourself comfortable! The Salon has four individual treatment rooms, a manicure and pedicure area and a large reception.

We provide good wheelchair access with all rooms situated on ground level with wide doors and electric beds.

Health Questionnaire

For your safety and well-being, upon arrival you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire so that we can be made aware of any medical conditions you may have. It may be necessary that we will have to be supplied with written consent from a doctor before we are able to offer treatments to those with certain disorders or diseases.

Arrive Promptly

We ask you to be prompt for your appointment as rooms may be committed to other clients and your treatment will be cut short, which unfortunately would mean there would still be a full treatment charge.

Cancelling Your Appointment

If you must cancel or change your appointment we respectfully require at least 24 hours notice.

Any cancellations or missed appointments without 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment price.

            No shows will be charged in full.

Group Appointments

We are always happy to accept appointments for groups, and for this we would require a deposit of 50% of the treatment costs. We would also request 7 days’ notice of cancellation for a group booking, failure to do so would mean the deposit would be non-refundable.
